Celebrate the Art of Egypt

Ancient Egyptians worshipped many gods. Often these deities were pictured as part animal–part human. Thoth, the god of wisdom and writing, was represented with the head of an ibis (a large water bird with a long curved beak).

Instructions

  • First, color the ibis beak.
  • Second, cut along the outline or outside black lines.
  • Third, fold your beak in half, along the dotted line.
  • Next, punch holes through the black circles and attach a string.
  • Lastly, wear your mask and have fun!
