Discounted Group Rates to Ticketed Special Exhibitions
Admission to ticketed special exhibitions is discounted for groups of 10 or more. Currently, groups may experience Frida: Beyond the Myth for $10 per person (compared to non-group rates of $20 per person). Guided tours of this exhibition are also available (see “Guided Tours” below).

Self-Directed Visits
If your group is interested in exploring either the permanent collection or special exhibition without a guide, please submit a College Group Request Form. If you plan to bring more than 25 people, please break into smaller groups and rotate through the galleries.
Guided Tours
Guided tours are available covering a variety of topics and are subject to availability of galleries and Tour Guides. Guided tours are free for degree-seeking students.

Guided Visit Topics
College groups may request tours from both the Adult guided-visit offerings and the K–12 guided visit offerings, or request a gallery-specific tour. Please specify your tour topic of choice when you submit your request form.
Evans Distance Learning Program
Bring VMFA into your classroom! In the Evans Distance Learning Program, students virtually visit the galleries where they will engage in conversation with a museum educator. The program centers on works of art that enhance students' understanding and spark curiosity about topics under study in the classroom. Available to grades 3–12 and college classrooms.
