Open Studio Sundays
Offered the first Sunday of the month, Open Studio Sundays feature a hands-on art activity inspired by an object from VMFA’s collection.

Bring the entire family to our free Family Days and discover the richness of cultures from around the world.
Interactive Family Lounge
During your visit, stop by the Interactive Family Lounge where children and adults are invited to rest, reflect, play, and explore colorful hands-on activities. Here you can also experience A Closer Look, an interactive display.

Summer Camps
VMFA offers week-long summer camps for learners and creators ages 3 to 17. Registration begins every April!
Group Visits
We offer interactive, multidisciplinary, SOL-based tours and resources for K–12 students , as well as engaging explorations for pre-K groups.
