VMFA Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee of the VMFA Board of Trustees will receive public comments only on matters pertaining to the museum on November 10, 2020. Individuals must pre-register and will need to provide the following information via email: name, email, phone number, VMFA affiliation (e.g. member, employee, former employee or member of the public), and request for any reasonable accommodations. The deadline for pre-registration is 11:30am on Monday, November 9, 2020 for the Tuesday November 10, 2020 meeting. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak during the public comment. Registration requests should be sent to the Office of the Director at email@example.com.
Speakers will proceed in the order of pre-registration and should be dialed into the meeting at the start of the meeting at 11:30am to facilitate meeting operations. A dial-in teleconference number for public comment will be provided. The time allocated to each speaker will depend on how many requests to provide public comments are received, and will be announced at the beginning of each public comment period. Every effort will be made to accommodate all speakers within the time constraints of the meeting.
A recording or transcript of the meeting will be made available on this website in accordance with the timeframes established in the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
